Rotc Scholarship Application Outgoing International Fellowships (IOF) aims to strengthen the international dimension of Europe experienced career researchers by giving them the opportunity to be trained and acquire new knowledge in a third country (outside Europe) are high-level research organizations. Next, the researchers will return with the knowledge acquired and the experience to a European organization, in a State or State Association Member. Researchers must be nationals of a Member State or Associated State. The IOF Rotc Scholarship Application consist of financial support for projects of mobility 2-stage:
-Phase 1 has a duration of 24 months at a partner organization in a third country.

As Marie Curie other measures, the IOF follow bottom-up approach, such as research topics freely chosen by the researchers in collaboration with the host organization again with a view to completing his / her expertise.
