You must be an international student (non-EU) on the International Business programme at Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College and hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of a full-time undergraduate degree at the University of Westminster. Criteria: Academic excellence. This Rotc Scholarship Application will be for each year of your undergraduate degree, subject to satisfactory academic progress. In the case of courses with a placement year no scholarship is payable in that year as the University does not charge fees.
